Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 1 September 2026

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Counsel Connect website and service. By using our site, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

1. Who we are

Counsel Connect is an online introduction service connecting members of the public with regulated solicitors in the United Kingdom. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

2. Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, we share the details you provide with solicitors who cover the relevant area of law and location. You are under no obligation to instruct any firm that responds.

3. Solicitor listings

Solicitors and firms listed on Counsel Connect are responsible for ensuring their profiles are accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to remove any profile that is inaccurate, misleading, or in breach of our policies.

4. Credits and payments

Solicitors may purchase credits to unlock and view lead details. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law or where a lead is demonstrably fraudulent or invalid.

5. Limitation of liability

Counsel Connect is an introduction service only. We are not liable for any advice, services, or conduct of any solicitor or firm you instruct through our platform. Any legal relationship is formed directly between you and the instructed firm.

6. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
